Hi Richard, Thanks for this suggestion. I'm not fully familiar with the Xrefs and how they can be utilized, but are you aware that in Tekla BIMsight version 1.6 you can set the default folder for your project to hold the latest versions of models. This default folder can be for example a shared network drive or a shared Dropbox / Google Drive folder that all project members can access. By using the default folder, the project parties can work on individual models, and after doing some changes to the models they can save the revised versions to the shared folder, and in this way the latest versions of models are always available to all having access to that location. So, whenever there are updated models available in the default folder, Tekla BIMsight will give a notification about it and all parties can then update the models and view the latest versions with Tekla BIMsight. To get more information about the default folder and how it can be utilized, please see the 1.6 release notes http://www.teklabimsight.com/helpcenter/helpTopic.jsp?topic=bim_RN_1_6 or take a look at this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JlWxYc0r7GU Hope you'll find this new feature useful and please let us know if you've any questions about it. Thanks, Heikki
