Unauthorized files

Hi! I want to share an insight: "A client has had troubles getting access to his reference-files on his iPads. The errormessage says "Unauthorized files". http://helpcenter.teklabimsight.com/photo.jsp?key=9b557ef9-a7e9-cd39-b172-000054ceb031 He has a number of TrimbleIDs and iPads and they all have had same problem. After checking the accesslevel and license-validity on his organization https://admin.account.tekla.com we could confirm that it all seemed ok, except one of the user that obviously was unchecked for his TeklaField 3D-license. After some checking and unchecking in the ATC-ui (that website), it all started to work again."
